Delivery Standards
Sellers must deliver within the advertised time and upload proof that matches the order details. Delivery proof should be clear enough for admin review if a dispute is opened.
A seller should not mark an order delivered until the buyer has received the promised product or service.

Communication
All buyer communication must stay inside ComePlayers messages. Sellers may not request passwords, external payment, private contact details, or off-platform settlement.

Payout Readiness
Payouts may be delayed or rejected when seller verification, tax data, payout account details, evidence, or risk review is incomplete.
